– Great having a big crew for the ruck. Samsonite, thanks for dragging your two boys out! They did awesome. Even though they weren’t trying to impress, I was impressed. Now, keep coming!
-The Diddy was just as brutal as I imagined. All you can do it just keep focused on the burpee you are doing and try not to think about what’s ahead.
-For those who missed it, don’t worry, The Diddy will be back…someday. It’ll probably be a while.
-YHC couldn’t sleep last night thinking about and knowing what was coming. Sometimes not knowing is better.
