N oodling for catfish (incline merkin on bench, on down release one arm and put it under bench for 3 seconds, back up and alternate noodling arm) x10

Mosey down path to get back to bottom of stairs.

Jesus rose on the third day so entire process was done 3 times.

An attempt at “Paula Abdul” on the stairs was determined to slick.

Crowd pleaser pyramid was rougher today. Undecided on if it’s Easter hangover, spring break hangover, or too many March burpees. A few new exercises were introduced with Imperial squats proving to be a challenge. Paula Abdul WILL be back in full force whenever mother nature keeps our stairs clean. After a plethora of March burpees, this was a nice way to start off the first workout of April…..except for the SNOW
