Tagging Guide for Backblasts

Tagging helps us keep track of PAX and Q’s and other data, so please take a look here if you need a refresher on how to do it.

First, go to the list of posts to start a new one. Click the “Write” button that should be in the top right corner of the screen.

Next, click on the Document tab.

Next, click on the Tags arrow to open the tags box.

Add the Q for the workout by typing “Q” and you should see a list of them. If you don’t see your name on the list, just write it in, following the same format “Q-<yourF3nameHere>.

Then add the rest of the PAX in the Add New Tag box. It should help you fill it in unless it’s a new name. Then you can just type the whole word and it will add it.

When you type or select the full name, click enter, and it will show up as a tag. Keep typing names until you’ve included everyone who posted.

Also, the category area is our AO. Check the box there for the right AO.
