*** WARM UP ***
• Side Straddle Hops IC x20
• Imperial Walkers IC x10
• Weed pickers IC x10
• Imperial Walkers IC x10
• Armorama (Arm Circles, Arm Pretzels, Wonder Woman’s)

*** THANG ***
Mosey across the bridge and around the playground to the Shelter for a little Tabata Fun.

8 sets of alternating exercises – 30 seconds on, 15 seconds rest.
• Round 1 Merkins and Twinkle Toes
• Round 2 Dips and Plank Jacks
• Round 3 Picnic Table Bench Press and Shoulder Taps
• Round 4 Step Ups and Wing Nuts

Mosey to the BB court.

Run one lines drill (Suicides) – Did this because FNG Travis and my daughter play BB together.

Play the song Tubthumping by Chumbawumba. Do a burpee when you hear, “I get knocked down”. When not doing burpees, active recovery with SSH.

Nice muggy morning for a beatdown. The dad jokes were flowing today at Grizzly. Most were really bad. Hadn’t done the tubthumping Burpee-fest in awhile. Always a pax favorite. Thanks @Skippy for the reminder in his recent BackBlast. Glad to have FNG Travis this morning as well as the return of @Newman. Prayers for Cosmo’s friend Larry with health issues. Thanks for the honor to lead.
