Mosey to the Corner of Parking lot

Farmers work out-

4 stations, 1 minutes per station as many reps as you can, rest 30 seconds and rotate. Repeat until 6:15

  1. 16 LB Sledge Hammer swing
  2. Tire flip
  3. Curls with Big Block
  4. Thrusters with regular block

Moleskin: Watching the cloud cover pull away to reveal the full moon and possible eclipse was a nice distraction from the work. Hard work out, all were spent.
