Mosey around the park for a Tabata workout.  8 sets of alternating exercises – 30 seconds on, 20 seconds rest

•       Cycle 3 – Block Curls and Plank Jacks
•       Cycle 4 – Block Dips and Calf Raises

Nice weather at Grizzly today. Q didn’t pay close enough attention to the time and finished round 4 at 6:15 so didn’t get to Mary. Prayers for my co-worker who is in hospital with Covid. Prayers for Piddles friend who passed. Praise for DC’s new work arrangement. Good chatter during the walking portion of the work out. Reminder to bring a pack of diapers this week. Be a HIM today!
