Weather: 74 degrees, a storm rolled through right before we started

Thang: Warmup: 20 SSH, 10 Imperial Walkers, 10 Windmills, 15 Seal Jacks, 10 Weedpickers
Hiit and Burpees: At the bottom of the stairs we did an exercise for 1 minute and 30 seconds. We then had 2 minutes to run up the stairs, complete 10 burpees, and run down the ramp before the round started. Our Hiit exercises were: Sind Lunge w/ jump, WWII Situp, Wall Jumps, Dirty Hook ups, Jump Squat 180s, Dip w/ arm raise, Bicycle, Mericans, Hook Up Dirty, Lunge w/ Jumps, and 30sec (plank, followed by c sit, and then low squat). The goal was to complete 10 rounds to get our 100 burpees – we had time for an extra to get our 100 total.
Moleskin: I arrived early to make sure I was there on time. There was lightening on the way down and I pulled up radar to see a storm roll through. It was past us in 10 minutes, prior to our start. Wasn’t a lot of mumble chatter, we had The Rocks playlist from Spotify playing. It was eclectic, a wild variety of genres – hard to picture the Rock listening to it. It was a hard workout, we were all looking gassed at the end. Well done!
