Weather…Outside rain or shine was put to the test today. 22 degrees with a wind chill of 7 degrees. Steady winds. Everything coated in a layer of ice. YHC acknowledged that you have to be a special kind of stupid to come out on a day like this.

We were going to run 400M in between rounds, but the ice was too bad. It was noted that Coyote ran to and from the beatdown, so he clearly doesn’t mind slip sliding away.

Moleskin: Today was good example of pushing each other. I know I wouldn’t do what we did if I was working out by myself. There is strength in numbers and community. We managed to find a small patch of sidewalk that wasn’t covered in ice and partially blocked from the wind. YHC likes to build in a variety of exercises to help get a full body workout and show newer pax lots of options for when they start Q’ing. The groiners were definitely a fan favorite today.

Continued prayers for families waiting on medical diagnosis. Choose to be a HIM today. Nothing happens by accident. Be intentional.
