12 Pax came out this morning to the newest F3 Indianapolis AO now called Tundra.

Mosey to the skate park
Merkins x 20
Box jumps around the park
Dips x 10

Mosey to the football field
wheelbarrow 50 yards and then switch
Partner 1 does 1.5 squats while number 2 runs 100 yrds then switch
Partner 1 does squat jump tucks while number 2 runs 100yrs then switch

Mosey towards the splash pad
stop for 10 dips and 20 decline merkins at the tables

Mosey to the playground and search for pull up bars
do 5 pull ups on the angled bars

Mosey to the rotunda (aka the name sake)
New partners. Partner 1 runs .2mile loop while #2 does monkey humpers. Switch and repeat

Recover Recover

Moleskin: Brisk morning that had pax shedding layers after the SSH and continuing to lose layers throughout the workout. Tundra is names after the rotunda and for the large open spaces. This AO has a lot of different areas to explore and will give us the opportunity to try new stuff. It was great to see 12 Pax come out for a slightly earlier start this morning. Hopefully, this affords the opportunity to more men. Always great getting stronger with you. Thanks for letting me lead and for helping us grow. Continue to give it away!
