Mosey to concession stand area for some Dots and Zig Zag Hops agility work. PAX did a set of dots down the line then mosey around the island for a set of Zig Zag Hops down the line. Rinse and repeat for three sets.
Thang: “ROLL THE DICE”
PAX Roll dice to see what exercise and how many reps then a sprint to monkey bars for a “toes to bar.” Then back for additional rolls while time allows.
Roll a “12” PAX do 12 Burpees

Moleskin: Windy start to the morning was quickly forgotten with some old school agility work consisting of some Dots and Zags. The dice this morning was loaded heavy on the legs with splash of Merkins. Tried some “new to this guy” Mary exercises that proved to be challenging but effective.
